Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused,

  • undamaged,

  • in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Items that are personalized or otherwise marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Before sending the item back, please contact us at info@auto-modo.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions once your request has been received.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@auto-modo.com and include a photo of the item. We will ensure a prompt resolution (replacement or refund).
